By participating in Cloaked’s sign-up referral promotion (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Cloaked may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify the Program or these terms.

The Program allows you to invite people you know to sign up for a paid U.S. account with Cloaked. You can earn the stated reward(s) via medium provided below, when friends you invite join Cloaked through the Program and sign up for either a monthly or yearly subscription with Cloaked–with rewards credit differing based on sign-up type. If you are the person inviting friends to join Cloaked, you are a "referrer" under these terms, and if you are a person who receives an invitation, you are a "referee."

Eligibility and Overview
You may participate in this Program as a referrer until the Program is terminated or modified by Cloaked, which is in Cloaked’s sole discretion.

To be eligible to earn reward(s) through the Program, each referrer and referee must have a paid U.S. Cloaked account in good standing (“Valid Account”) at the time of participation through when his/her reward(s) are issued via medium designated by Cloaked.

A referrer may refer a referee via the referral mechanism in the Cloaked app or extension [or on Cloaked.com]. The referrer can claim rewards credit of up to $250 of max value per calendar year that satisfy the following “Reward Criteria”: (i) access and complete the Cloaked sign up process; (ii) link his/her bank, credit card or debit card to their Cloaked account for payment of either monthly or yearly subscription, which must be a valid non-prepaid payment method that has never been used with Cloaked previously; (iii) verify their cell number linked to their Cloaked account; and (iv) complete an Eligible Transaction (defined below). The Program is only available to eligible individuals in the United States. Users will not be able to refer to a Cloaked email address. Referrers will be ineligible if Cloaked, in its sole discretion, deems malfeasance is occurring or the Referer is deemed to be sending referrals to him/herself. No credit will be issued for referrers or referees until referees sign up for a paid subscription.

Referees are eligible for the stated Rewards upon sign and payment of a Cloaked subscription, with the Reward amount varying based on monthly vs. yearly subscription sign-up.

If two or more referrers invite the same referee, Cloaked will credit the reward to the first person who referred the referee, as determined in Cloaked’s sole discretion. Rewards credit recipient is responsible for any tax filings and/or requirements from Cloaked rewards credit.

Rewards credit should be provided to recipients recovery non-Cloaked email address thirty (30) days after qualifying to receive them, but may be provided sooner.

Receiving and Using Rewards
Cloaked reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke a reward credit if Cloaked determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions, malfeasance is involved in the referral process, or if we restrict or close your account pursuant to our Terms of Service.

Cloaked may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Cloaked is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Cloaked. Cloaked reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Program, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the reward.

Program is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or transaction are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.

This Promotion is governed by Pennsylvania law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Cloaked Terms of Service. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in Cloaked’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
