You will be taken to their Record Removal Request form. Enter in an email address that you would like to receive the confirmation email at. Click on the box next to the authorization agreement statement, complete the captcha, and then click the blue “Begin Removal Process” button.
Type in your personal details to begin searching for your record. Enter in your first and last name, city, state, or zip code, and age. Then click the blue “Search” button.
